I really didn't know what to expect from this venture. The routes were interesting and fun all in the same breath. What I found interesting were the post-ride chats via Zoom. It's interesting to hear others' experiences regarding the rides and being able to share as well. All was much appreciated.

This was an outstanding 5-day training experience. The selected courses were perfect together yet still provided you with serious work, whether it be climbing or rolling hills. Each course complimented the other. This allowed you to work on the techniques you have learned over the past 6 plus months.

My takeaway is cadence control as it allows you to as they say "stay on top of the pedals" which helps you maintain your power and speed. When climbing cadence also allows you to relax and steady your effort so you can get up that mountain!! I have enjoyed working and learning the SYSTEM!! These training camps test your mental and physical well-being!! A must if you want to improve or learn who YOU really are. Thanks, Coaches!!!
