Elevate your cycling prowess with "Cycling Warrior: The Path to Black Belt Mastery." This comprehensive program, spanning from November to March, strongly emphasizes laying the foundations for peak performance. During this period, you will undergo intensive training focusing on two different energy systems per year. Achieve belt promotions from 1st Degree Shodan to 3rd Degree Sandan and receive monthly dedicated 60-minute performance coaching via Zoom.
