At the most basic level, the CIS Nutrition Program is important for riders, cyclists and athletes because it provides a source of energy required to perform to best of your ability. The meals that Coach Nick provides improves strength and elevates training, performance and recovery. Not only is this nutrition program important on the bike, but the times we eat throughout the day also has an impact on our performance levels and our bodies ability to recover after exercising.
Coach Nick is a multi-modal Fitness and Nutrition Coach who has been improving lives since 2010. Pulling from his diverse fitness background and Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science & Nutrition, Coach Nick creates Holistic, Customized, Effective Fitness and Nutritional Programs. Nick’s passion for fitness, coupled with his interests in indoor and outdoor sports, has led him to become a Fitness Nutrition and Wellness Coach for CIS Training Systems.
