CYCLE EVOLUTION PRO is a comprehensive 7-level training system. The 1st-month training program includes a Baseline Testing Methodology to determine training zones and a scheduled coaching call with Coach David and our Intact Coordinator to discuss training zones, review the program, and set expectations.
I came to CIS with years of cycling experience and preferred structured training, such as Zwift. Family commitments, work, etc., are my biggest enemies in life. In the CYCLE EVOLUTION PRO, workouts range from 30 minutes to 2 hours, with Mondays and Fridays being rest days.
