What can you expect from this program?

  • Testing

    In one week, you will go through a series of assessments, testing and evaluation to establish your rider profile.

  • Analyze

    Once complete, Coach David will analyze your data and provide you with a high-level overview of your current fitness.

  • Results

    As part of this Baseline Testing and Evaluation Process, a coaching call will be scheduled to review results and discuss future training.
